Republicans and Democrats are fighting to gain the redistricting edge that will yield Congressional gains in the 2012 election. Republicans are investing heavily in five states that may bring 25-30 new Republicans to Washington in 2012. The five states are Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Control of statehouses are extremely important in years surrounding the redistricting process.
