Lieberman Retiring-

Senator Joseph Lieberman announced that he will not run for a fifth term in 2012.  Lieberman is the second member of the Democratic caucus to retire and there are expected to be more in the near future.  Republicans are expected to make a run at the open seat in Connecticut but the Democratic candidate will have a slight advantage in a presidential election year.
